Q. Is SPS applicable to "loss of spare parts bought separately from the vehicle"?

A. No, it isn't. It covers only "loss of such parts which originally belong to the car,

as car-navigation and wheels.


Q. Can a motorcycle be covered by SPS?

A. Every kind of vehicles is covered by SPS, including motorcycles, farm machinery

and construction machinery.


Q. How much is the maximum coverage amount?

A. 110% of invoice amount


Q. How much does it cost?

A. 4,500yen per vehicle


Q. How can I receive the compensation?

A. We can transfer the amount to your bank account or to TAU credit.


Q. How long is the coverage period?

A. SPS begins when your vehicle leaves TAU service center for the loading port.
 
And it finishes after 30 days pass from the arrival date of the shipping.

Prepare the following items & send them to your manager!

1. Photos of the vehicle(s), showing damages or missing parts.



2. Repair statement

TAU will contact you, after compensation amount is decided.

You can receive the compensation in your credit.
