In this guide, we will introduce the contents related to selling used parts to TAU USED PARTS MARKET PLACE.
① Place the cursor on “Seller" on the TOP page and click “Add Item".
② Register the model.
You can search by entering the manufacturer name or model name in the search space inside the red frame.
Click the relevant model name and check the check box.
* Please refrain from posting prohibited items as stipulated in the rules.

Selling service usage fee
There is no new registration fee for sellers who have registered with us. When registering for the first time, please register according to the outline of our customer registration policies.
There is no cost at the time of listing. When the sale is concluded, 4.4% of the product price (including shipping fee and tax) will be charged as the admin fee. In addition, 3.6% fee will be required to use the payment service of Stripe.
The seller must include the delivery cost in the item price. If delivery is not possible, please specify in advance in the product information and notify the buyer.
The price of all items must be displayed in the amount including the 10% consumption tax. The seller must set the sales price in accordance with Japanese tax law

After sale
Shipping
The seller should immediately ship and deliver the item after the purchaser's item price has been settled.
How to receive payment
All payments to the seller will be paid to the registered bank account via Stripe's payment service. See Stripe's service page for more information.
About refund
If the purchaser informs you that the arrived item has a problem such as different from the listing information, you need to respond in good faith.
When making a refund, please proceed with the refund procedure based on discussion and agreement between the parties.
Please note that payment may be stopped at our discretion.
About delivery method
You can select "delivery fee included" or "pick up" as the delivery option. If delivery is not possible, please specify in advance in the product information and notify the purchaser.
Change selling account information
Registration information can be changed from the seller page. Be sure to change when any changes occur to avoid trouble.
Use the online payment service "Stripe" to pay for products. Please note that Stripe's rules apply separately for use.
